Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Handling

Our standard handling time to prepare your order for shipment is 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order securely through our system.

2. Shipping Speeds & Transit Time

Once your order leaves our facility, standard transit time within the continental United States is 2 to 5 business days. Please note that transit times may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, or high holiday volume.

3. Shipping Destinations & Bulk Orders

Currently, Zevran only offers standard checkout for addresses within the Domestic United States to allow us to provide free shipping.

International & Bulk Orders: If you are an international customer, or if you are a domestic customer looking to place a bulk wholesale order, please contact us directly. We would be happy to generate a custom invoice and shipping quote for you!

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

We pack every order with care to ensure it survives the journey. If your package arrives damaged, or if it is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days so we can assist you with filing a claim with the carrier or sending a replacement.
