By accessing and purchasing from Zevran (zevran.net), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All products are designed and manufactured by Zevran as independent aftermarket accessories. Zevran is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any original equipment manufacturer or brand.

2. Intellectual Property

All physical products, CAD designs, website content, images, and branding sold or displayed on zevran.net are the exclusive intellectual property of Zevran. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, duplicate, or resell our products or designs for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

Zevran products are engineered for convenience and standard recreational use. By purchasing and installing our products, the buyer assumes all responsibility for their safe and proper use.

Under no circumstances shall Zevran be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, damage to your golf cart, personal property, or injury) arising from the installation, use, or misuse of our products.

4. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is incredibly important to us. When you make a purchase or create an account, we collect basic information (such as your name, shipping address, and email) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order, communicating shipping updates, and managing your account.

We process payments securely through Stripe and never store your credit card information on our servers. We will never sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
